Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán.
Each stone cottage is privately owned and set in tropical gardens with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake.
Each casita is artfully decorated, has a private bathroom with a hot water shower, purified drinking water, hairdryer, safe, and WiFi. Most also include fireplaces.

Access to our lakefront swimming pool, hot tub, temazcal (steam bath or dry sauna--your choice), gardens, palapa, dock, canoe, kayaks, and pedal boat is included with your rental.

Casa Maya
This stone cottage is set in a lush garden, providing plenty of privacy. Relax in the hammock, enjoy coffee on the patio, or barbeque in the garden.
The property has a brand new outdoor pergola with a stone oven, grill, and firepit. Casa Maya also has a new, fully-equipped indoor kitchen with filtered water, an elevated queen-size platform bed, a wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, TV/DVD player, coffee maker, and fiber-optic WiFi.
This cottage is the furthest up the hill, giving you tranquility and views of Volcan San Pedro on a clear morning.

This stone cottage offers the most amount of room for your family and friends, fitting up to 5 guests. Cook and dine in the beautiful fully equipped outdoor kitchen attached to the house. There are two queen beds and one twin bed. It also includes a stone fireplace, hairdryer, TV and coffee maker.
